AKASH WAS FINDING THAT day’s evening really beautiful. A beautiful colorful weather came before in his life that has changed his life.

Whenever he saw rainfall, his memories would come in front of his eyes. And he would relive his old days. When Akash came to this new city and started a new life. He had lived alone since childhood, may be his parents passed away when he was a kid. He grew up living with his uncle (maternal). He was living his life when everything suddenly took an ugly turn but somehow he managed to overcome that. It has a story behind it. Whenever he got lost in his old memories, everything would start with that night when it was raining pretty bad.

Today as well it was raining, and he was looking up in the sky, smiling as if the rain drops were talking to him. He got emotional and his eyes got teary. Akash took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He got lost in his memories.

It was a very beautiful evening when he saw Sandhya for the first time. It was raining and Akash had left for home from his office. But it started raining when he was half way to his home. He thought to take shelter as he didn’t want to catch a fever, he worried there was no one who would take care of him if he would get sick. He stood under a tree and started wiping his clothes and face with a tissue. Other people were also waiting there, before him. Akash was enjoying the view and the rain. He was looking around, suddenly his eyes got stuck, “what”! He blinked his eyes and looked again. He saw a really pretty girl standing inside her window. Her apartment was just beside the road. She was playing with the rain, her eyes looked innocent. She was playing with the rain droplets, one moment she would take the drop on her palm, other moment she would watch it drop. She was enjoying herself. Akash never saw such a beautiful, innocent girl.

Akash couldn’t stop looking at her till the very moment when she closed the window and went inside. After that he realized that it was not raining anymore and everyone has left. He thought to himself, “I wish it would have rained for another hour, and I would be able to enjoy the view.” He gave another glance at the closed window and then he left, the next day, he looked at the window while passing and he waited under the same tree making excuses just to look for the girl.

He would now do this daily, one day that girl also noticed Akash. She also came out on the window at the same time to look if Akash has come or not. Their heart skipped a beat everytime their eyes met. They had this smile on their faces which was beautiful. It seemed that they found their first love. Their eyes were beaming with the dance of love, it looked like their eyes were doing all the confessions.
